Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 20 July 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ProclamationWear.com and any purchase made through our website.
By accessing our website, placing an order, or selecting the Terms and Conditions checkbox during checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About Us
This website is operated by:
Business name: Proclamation Wear
Legal business or company name: PATRICK WHITE
Business address: DUBLIN IRELAND
Email: patrickwhite2424@gmail.com
Telephone/WhatsApp: +353 868275075
Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Proclamation Wear. “You” and “customer” refer to the person using the website or purchasing our products.
2. Website Use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
- Introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful technology.
- Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit our content without permission.
- Submit false, misleading or unauthorised payment or delivery information.
We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused.
3. Products and Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to present our products accurately, including their colours, designs, materials, dimensions and features.
However:
- Colours may appear slightly different depending on the customer’s screen, device and display settings.
- Minor variations may occur between production batches.
- Sublimated designs, print placement and garment dimensions may have small manufacturing tolerances.
- Product images may include styling, presentation items or backgrounds that are not included with the product.
Such minor variations do not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
4. Sizing
Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart shown on the relevant product page before ordering.
Garment measurements may vary slightly because of normal production tolerances. Where a customer is uncertain between sizes, the customer should contact us before placing the order.
Selecting an incorrect size does not remove any statutory cancellation right that may apply to a standard, non-personalised online purchase.
5. Prices
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Product prices do not include delivery charges.
- Delivery charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.
- Applicable taxes will be shown where required.
- International customers may be responsible for local customs duties, import taxes or handling charges imposed by their country.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you to offer the option of paying the correct price or cancelling the order for a full refund.
6. Placing an Order
After placing an order, you should receive an automated order-confirmation email.
This email confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
A binding sales contract is formed when we:
- Confirm that the order has been accepted;
- Dispatch the goods; or
- Otherwise expressly confirm fulfilment,
whichever occurs first.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order before acceptance where:
- The product is unavailable.
- Payment has not been authorised.
- The delivery information is incomplete or incorrect.
- We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised use.
- There is an obvious product, pricing or website error.
- The order breaches these Terms.
Where we cancel an order after taking payment, the amount paid will be refunded through the original payment method.
7. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that:
- The information supplied is accurate.
- You are authorised to use the selected payment method.
- Sufficient funds or credit are available.
- The transaction is not fraudulent or unlawful.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not normally store complete card details on our own servers.
Your payment provider may apply separate terms, security checks or currency-conversion charges.
8. Delivery
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless we expressly confirm otherwise.
Delays may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- Courier delays.
- Customs inspections.
- Severe weather.
- Public holidays.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
- Strikes or transport disruption.
- Force majeure events.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, undeliverable or addressed incorrectly, we may deduct reasonable return and re-delivery costs where legally permitted.
9. International Orders, Customs and Import Charges
Orders delivered outside the country from which they are dispatched may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, brokerage charges or other local fees.
Unless checkout explicitly states that duties and taxes are included, the recipient is responsible for these charges.
Customs authorities may require personal or order information before releasing a parcel. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
Customers should check applicable import rules before ordering.
10. Right to Cancel Standard Online Purchases
Where Irish or applicable EU consumer law applies, you generally have the right to cancel an eligible online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
To exercise this right, you must clearly inform us of your decision to cancel within the 14-day cancellation period by contacting:
Email: patrickwhite2424@gmail.com
Please include:
- Your full name.
- Order number.
- Product being returned.
- Date the product was received.
- A clear statement that you wish to cancel the purchase.
After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days.
11. Return Conditions for Change-of-Mind Returns
For a standard change-of-mind return:
- The product should be returned in a clean and resalable condition.
- It should not have been worn beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, fit and function.
- Original tags and packaging should be included where reasonably possible.
- The customer must take reasonable care of the product while it is in their possession.
We may make a lawful deduction from the refund where the value of the product has been reduced because it was handled beyond what was reasonably necessary to examine it.
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning a change-of-mind item unless:
- We agreed to pay the return cost;
- The item is faulty, damaged or incorrect; or
- Applicable law requires otherwise.
We recommend using a tracked return service and retaining proof of postage.
12. Personalised and Custom-Made Products
The statutory 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply to products that are:
- Made to the customer’s specifications;
- Clearly personalised;
- Printed with a customer-provided name, logo, artwork or wording;
- Manufactured in a special colour, size or configuration specifically for that customer; or
- Otherwise genuinely made to order for the customer.
This exception does not remove your rights where a customised or personalised product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly produced or materially different from the approved specification. Personalised and made-to-order goods are recognised exceptions to the ordinary cooling-off right, while defective-goods protections still apply.
Standard Proclamation Wear products selected from ordinary available designs and sizes should not be described as personalised merely because they are manufactured or dispatched after the order is received.
13. Refunds
For an eligible cancellation, we will refund:
- The price paid for the returned product; and
- The cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us, where legally required.
Any additional amount paid for premium, express or upgraded delivery may not be refundable beyond the standard delivery amount.
We may withhold the refund until:
- We receive the returned goods; or
- You provide satisfactory evidence that the goods have been returned,
whichever occurs first.
Refunds will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Our separate Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read before placing an order.
14. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an item is:
- Faulty.
- Damaged on arrival.
- Not as described.
- The wrong product, design or size compared with the confirmed order.
- Missing from the parcel.
Contact:
Email: patrickwhite2424@gmail.com
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the problem.
- Clear photographs or video where reasonably required to assess the issue.
- A photograph of the parcel label where relevant.
We may offer the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory rights. Under EU rules, goods that are faulty or do not conform to their description may qualify for repair or replacement without charge, and in appropriate circumstances a price reduction or refund.
15. Order Changes and Cancellations Before Dispatch
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order.
We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once processing or production has started.
Customised or personalised orders cannot normally be changed or cancelled once production has begun, except where required by law or agreed by us in writing.
Changing a delivery address after dispatch may not be possible and may result in additional courier charges.
16. Promotions, Discount Codes and Free Gifts
Promotions and discount codes:
- Apply only during the stated promotional period.
- Cannot normally be exchanged for cash.
- May be limited to specific products, customers or order values.
- May not be combined unless expressly permitted.
- May be withdrawn or corrected where an obvious error or misuse occurs.
Where a free gift is supplied because an order met a minimum purchase threshold, the gift must also be returned if returning other products causes the retained order value to fall below that threshold.
If the free gift is not returned, we may deduct its stated retail value from the refund where legally permitted and where this condition was clearly disclosed before purchase.
Promotions do not affect statutory consumer rights.
17. Product Care
Customers should follow the care instructions supplied with the product or displayed on the website.
Damage caused by misuse, improper washing, bleaching, excessive heat, unsuitable ironing, accidental damage or failure to follow care instructions may not constitute a manufacturing fault.
This provision does not affect rights relating to products that were defective when supplied.
18. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including:
- Logos.
- Product designs.
- Artwork.
- Photographs.
- Videos.
- Text.
- Graphics.

is owned by us, licensed to us or otherwise protected by intellectual-property law.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, commercially exploit or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained in its design.
19. Customer-Supplied Artwork and Content
Where you submit a name, logo, image, design or other content for a customised order, you confirm that:
- You own the content or have permission to use it.
- Its use will not infringe another person’s intellectual-property rights.
- It is not unlawful, defamatory, offensive or misleading.
- We may use it solely as necessary to produce and fulfil your order.
You are responsible for claims arising from content supplied by you where permitted by law.
We may refuse content that appears unlawful, infringing or inappropriate.
20. Reviews and User Content
Where customers submit reviews, images, comments or testimonials, they must be truthful and must not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing material.
By submitting content for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content for operating and promoting our business, subject to applicable privacy and consumer law.
We may moderate or remove content that breaches these Terms, but we will not manipulate legitimate customer reviews merely because they are critical.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our website may use essential cookies and, subject to applicable consent requirements, analytics, advertising and functionality cookies.
Non-essential tracking technologies should not be activated without the consent required by applicable law. The Irish Data Protection Commission states that consent is generally required for cookies and tracking technologies except for limited exemptions.

23. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Breach of mandatory consumer rights.
- Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
For business customers, additional limitations may apply only to the extent permitted by law.
24. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, epidemic, industrial action, transport disruption, government restrictions, power failure, internet failure, courier disruption or customs action.
We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of such an event and resume performance when reasonably possible.

26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and any contract formed through this website, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, this clause does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your country of residence.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts, except where applicable consumer law allows the consumer to bring proceedings in another competent jurisdiction.
27. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to:
- Our business.
- Website functionality.
- Payment or delivery arrangements.
- Applicable legal requirements.
The Terms applying to an order will normally be those displayed when the customer placed that order.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
28. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
29. No Waiver
